Documentation required when traveling to France
The forms have to be completed and emailed to the two email addresses on the Douane form under 'Destinaires' 48 hours before arrival. Two copies of the Douane form have to be completed - one for arrival and one for departure.
It's best to take the hard copies with you, together with hard copies of the Jersey Vaccination QR codes (the phone copies don't always work) which are needed everywhere - they're getting really strict.
