Harbour / Mooring Issues
The GBOA have been working closely with Prots of Jersey to resolve many of the issues around Gorey Harbour with respect to maintenance and moorings. The GBOA would like to thank POJ and DFI for their continuing efforts in these areas.
Work has started on the laying of new ground chains by the slipway with the aim of extending rows L, M & N which will result in new moorings as well as 6 new visitors moorings on the beach area.

Please note
- Only Harbours are responsible for allocating moorings in Gorey!
- All moorings should have both the boat name and the mooring number clearly marked. Your mooring number is on your invoice.
- If you notice any craft on incorrect moorings please report it to Ports of Jersey who will be introducing daily charges for any craft not on their allocated mooring.
- See below for the Conditions of use of a Harbour mooring.
